About Dr. Karol Dochnal — Doctor of Chiropractic (MChiro, UK) in Sopot, Gdańsk & Gdynia
I’m Dr. Karol Dochnal, Doctor of Chiropractic (MChiro, UK) and founder of Sopot Chiropractic. My own injuries taught me that health isn’t just living without pain—it’s having the freedom, confidence and energy to live fully. That experience is why I’m passionate about helping people move better, recover naturally, and stay active for life.
I studied in the UK at Health Sciences University (formerly the Anglo‑European College of Chiropractic), an ECCE‑accredited university, earning the MChiro (Master of Chiropractic) degree.Today I care for patients across Sopot, Gdańsk and Gdynia, helping with back and neck pain, sciatica, disc problems, posture issues, headaches and sports injuries.
My approach is evidence‑based, precise and personal: we start with a focused history and functional (orthopaedic & neurological) assessment, then create a clear plan that combines hands‑on care with simple home exercises.
Before becoming a chiropractor I worked as an electromechanical engineer. That systems mindset still guides my work: I look for root causes and restore balance to the whole, not just the painful spot.
“For me, chiropractic is about more than treatment. It’s about restoring balance, protecting the spine, and giving people the confidence to live fully.”
