About Karol Dochnal - Chiropractor (Kręgarz) in Tri-City Poland
Karol Dochnal
Chiropractor • Founder of Sopot Chiropractic
I was born in Canada with roots in Poland, and my journey into chiropractic began through both personal experience and a need to truly understand the body.
Before becoming a chiropractor, I worked as an electromechanical engineer, spending long hours solving structural problems at a desk. Over time, that lifestyle led to poor posture, chronic discomfort, and eventually a diagnosis of spinal disc injury.
Chiropractic care changed everything. It helped me recover and showed me how real change comes from working with the body’s natural design. That experience led me to complete a five-year Master of Chiropractic degree at the Anglo European College of Chiropractic in the United Kingdom, Europe’s most respected chiropractic institution.
Today, my approach is structure-focused. I use precise hands-on techniques, breath-guided muscle release, and movement strategies inspired by DNS and the Prague School to support posture, spinal health, and nervous system function.
I connect especially with people who feel stuck — those who have tried massage, stretching, or physiotherapy but sense something deeper needs to shift.
Outside the clinic, you’ll often find me hiking, cycling, or refining how I think about health, movement, and structure.
Structure governs function. Alignment restores life.
