Refining the plan and building lasting change.​

A follow-up visit is for continuing care when needed.
We review how you’ve been since the last session, adjust the treatment and progress your exercises and movement habits so that your spine becomes more stable and the pain is less likely to return.

For sudden, severe back or neck pain.
