Can chiropractic help with migraines or headaches?
Tension in the neck and upper back can trigger headaches for many people. We assess these drivers and use gentle techniques and home strategies; we coordinate with your GP when needed.

Yes. We identify your pain triggers (posture, load, movement), apply gentle treatment, and give you a plan to calm symptoms and rebuild capacity.
Sports injuries: do you help athletes?
